Replacement and Return Policy

 

Introduction:

 

The terms and conditions herein are designed to inform you of your rights and obligations arising when you use Global Store's services.

 

Global Store is an Egyptian company responsible for managing an e-commerce platform consisting of the Global Store website and operates in the field of selling and distributing electronic devices (also referred to as products) within the Arab Republic of Egypt.

 

The terms and conditions herein (referred to as the site terms and conditions or the terms) as well as the privacy policy included on the site, through which you can learn about the methods used by Global Store (also referred to as "we" or the first-person pronoun) to collect and process the personal data of the user (referred to as "you" or the second-person pronoun) that you shared with us when you accessed and used Global Store's services.

 

Text of the Replacement and Return Policy

 

Requests for replacement or return of any product delivered to the user in response to a purchase request from the Global Store website are subject to the replacement and return policy outlined below:

 

• The user acknowledges acceptance and agrees to comply with the replacement and return policy when purchasing products from the Global Store electronic platform.

• Global Store guarantees you the right to correct, modify, or cancel the purchase order you made on our site within seven days of registering your purchase request, unless you have already received the product.

• Global Store guarantees you the right to exchange or return the product you purchased with a full refund without providing reasons according to the following terms and conditions:

 

Conditions for Replacement or Return:

 

1. First-class products

There are conditions that guarantee Global Store the right to exchange or return the product as follows:

1. The request for exchange or return must be made within (14) fourteen days from the date of receipt.

2. The product must be in the same condition it was in at the time of receipt and must not have been opened, operated, or used in any way.

3. The product must be in its original packaging in which it was received.

4. The product must be accompanied by the original tax invoice.

5. The serial number must be clear and readable and must not have been tampered with, altered, hidden, or removed in any way.

6. The product must include all its accessories, including but not limited to spare parts, accessories, user manual, and free gifts (if any).
7. The product must not be among discounted items or explicitly stated as non-returnable.
8. The product must not be on the list of non-returnable products.

 

2. Defective or malfunctioning products (under Global Store Agency):
 
In this case, you will be entitled to exchange or refund the price of the product in addition to all shipping expenses within (7) seven working days from the date of your notification to Global Store in accordance with the terms and conditions.
 
If Global Store is the technical agent for the product, please follow these steps:
 
1. Contact Global Store customer service via 19966 to find out the authorized service centers
2. Go to the approved service centers as soon as you know that there is a defect in the product in order to obtain a technical report of the existence of the defect or damage, provided that the technicians and experts working at the approved service centers inspect the product and ensure the existence of the defect or defect
3. Once this report is issued confirming the existence of the defect or defect, you can replace or return the product in addition to all shipping expenses within (7) seven days only from the date of your notification to Global Store.
 
Please note that Global Store has the right to:
1. Global Store has the right to reject the replacement or return request in the event that it does not comply with the above conditions, without the slightest liability on the Global Store as a result of such rejection (at our discretion).
2. The price of the product you wish to return will be refunded by the same payment method as recorded in the invoice or by depositing a balance in your account on our site or by purchase vouchers, bank transfer or any other method that Global Store deems appropriate.
3. You will be entitled to exchange the product for another of the same value or more.
4. Please note that you must review and inspect the product before receiving it because once you inspect the product and review it with the delivery representative at the place of delivery, any scratches, wounds, deficiency or difference in the colors of the product are your sole responsibility and you will not have the right to refer to the company and request replacement or return.
You acknowledge that Global Store makes no express or implied warranties that the Products displayed on the Platform will be free from defects or usable for a certain period of time from the date of operation.
 
When does the right to exchange and return cease?
 
You should be aware that you will lose your right to request a replacement or return of a defective or operationally defective product if:

 

1. Global Store has the right to reject the replacement or return request in the event that it does not comply with the above conditions, without the slightest liability on the Global Store as a result of such rejection (at our discretion).
2. The price of the product you wish to return will be refunded by the same payment method as recorded in the invoice or by depositing a balance in your account on our site or by purchase vouchers, bank transfer or any other method that Global Store deems appropriate.
